    Yo utilizo el germen de trigo para mi desayuno, en forma de hot cakes. Utilizo una taza de germen de trigo y una taza de amaranto, despues una cucharada de vainilla, una cda. De canela molida y leche de soya hasta tener consistencia, y 2 huevos.

    ¿sera conveniente usarlo de esa manera?
