How Parasites Relate to the Five Elements | Dr. Linda Lancaster


– Let’s talk about parasites. We all have parasites in our body. This is a fact. Parasites, let’s give it a definition. Parasites are any organism
that lives off our body. We are the host of parasites. There are five categories of parasites that I like to think or organize. I like to say there are five parasites. Well, there are many in these categories, but five parasites. Worms, fungus, bacteria,
microscopic organisms, which I call microscopic
parasites, and virus. These are five different categories that behave and act differently according to the five elements. Worms are connected to the earth element. Fungus us connected to the water element. Bacteria is connected to fire element. Microscopic parasites, air. Virus, ether, the ether of it all. We have five elements, five parasites that can cause a havoc in your body. Why do we have parasites? A lot has to do with the increase of in the increase of parasites
because of the amount of heavy metals and chemicals
that we have in our cells. It creates an environment
that the parasites like, and here we are. We are overloaded with parasites. Look, you’re never gonna get
rid of parasites completely, but they shouldn’t be
taking over your body. We should be able to control better, find a maintenance way of
controlling these things. Some people are more prone to worms. Some people are more prone to fungus, some to bacteria, some
to microscopic parasites. Once you get an amoeba, it can keep coming back and
coming back and coming back. The whole idea is to create homeostasis and for us to find balance in life. Balance in life will create health. Health is a balance
between the physical body, the emotional body, the mental field and our spiritual tendencies. So when I look at parasites, I look at it more than
okay, let’s get rid of, let’s play war and kill the parasite. No, we have to find out what’s going at the environmental level, what’s going on in the soil of your body. Every cell in our body is electromagnetic. What is interfering
with the electromagnetic at a cell level? Each cell is positive and negative, has an electrical flow. If we’re bombarded with
pollutants, basically pollutants, we are truly in a time where
there is a lot of pollution, and it’s getting more and more, especially in the field of radiation. My goodness, we’re gonna
be able to be on top of a mountain and connect to someone in Brooklyn, New York. So I think we are headed
for a very difficult time, and the only way for us to
strengthen our etheric fields, strengthen our electromagnetic energy is by eating well, doing
regular liver cleansing so that we can help the liver
detox some of these chemicals. We have therapeutic baths. Baths have been used forever, and there are therapeutic baths that we can take to start
neutralizing the pollution. Lifestyle, meditation,
strengthen your web, strengthen your field of energy by focusing and meditating. Breathing, get the oxygen into your system by good breathing. Do regular rhythmic breathing. We do rhythmic breathing when we’re dancing, when we’re moving. It’s so important to move. Important to drink
water properly, as well. Most of us are diluting
our digestive juices by drinking water
continuously through the day. This is not a good idea. So cooking, learning
proper cooking skills, how to balance your food, how to combine your food properly so that our factory can
start to digest it easier. If we’re not digesting our food, we are not digesting our lives. We have that understanding that when we digest our food, when we digest our life, then life moves, life is in its flow. We have vitality. Look, we always have ups and downs. This goes with the flow
of being on planet Earth. There’s flues. There’s chemicals in the air. You’re walking on the
streets of Manhattan, you’re going to be filled
with petrochemicals. So we understand. It’s more important to
be aware of these things so we can start to balance it. I could be in the middle of New York City, but I’ll find a park
that I can grab a tree, hold onto the tree to ground myself, and I do that at least whenever I can. Nature heals. To be out in nature is such a gift. We don’t have to live in
rural hills of New Mexico where I live, but we
can be in New York City or any city and go to a park. Nature is everywhere. Sit by a river. Walk in the park. Hold a tree. If anything, grow plants in your house so you have that connection to nature. Nature heals. Very important part of food is when I talk about it in the
consciousness of eating, and that is by always blessing our food blessing our food, being
thankful for who prepared it, being grateful for who grew it and giving praise to Mother Earth for giving its vitality into the food so we can give our own vitality. Our vital force needs to be nourished, and we now know we have a vital force that knows how to heal. The most important part is that
we have an innate knowledge to heal if we give it the right tools. You can look at light harmonics. You can look at harmonic healing, look at the book, Harmonic Healing and you’re gonna get some of these tips of how to nourish and
